39 is a family owned home by Mick, Emma and their oldest son Jacob, who have lived in Gnarabup for over 25 years. We love the ocean and being apart of the local community.
The inactive to start 39 was based around creating a high quality short stay that could be used as a base for visitors to explore the Margaret river region and be a warm home to return to and watch the sun set over the ocean at the end of the day.
It was a family effort to get 39 off the ground back in 2017, Mick with the designing ,plumbing and hard lifting and Jacob and Emma helping where they could, carrying the besser block bricks, sweeping and painting was about all they were qualified to do. It is now managed by Emma and cleaned as a team.
